  • Broadcast: Temporarily update and schedule ad copy for the account, often used for promotions or sales.

Basic account settings explained

The Basic tab in account settings houses two additional tabs: General and Competitors.

General

  • Basic settings

    • Account Name: The name of the account as it appears in Fluency.

    • Advertised Name: (Optional) Variation of the account name used to show how the name will appear in advertising copy. If left blank, Account Name will be used by default.

    • Short Advertised Name: (Optional) Variation of the Advertised Name typically used when the full Advertised Name exceeds advertising character limits. If left blank, Advertised Name will be used by default.

  • User settings

    • Assigned User: The primary manager/user on the account.

    • Reverse Sync: The frequency with which Fluency will pull in account updates from channel partners.

  • URL settings

    • Domain: The primary domain of the account (e.g., www.fluency.inc). Instead of inputting http:// and https://, use the prefix dropdown.
