Advanced settings explained

The image above is of the advanced settings in Blueprints for Meta (Facebook) campaigns. You can also find these settings in Accounts > Manage > Select a campaign > Settings & Tools > Campaign Details. Note: To see the advanced settings, make sure you have the Show Advanced Fields toggled on at the top of the Blueprint settings.

  • Frequency Cap: Limits how often an ad can be served to the same user over a period of time.

    • Frequency Cap Interval: Day, Week, or Month

    • Max Frequency Cap: The number of times the ad is served based on the chosen interval (e.g., 5 times/week).

Note: Frequency caps can only be set at the campaign level if the campaign goal is Awareness. Frequency caps can be set at both the campaign and ad set levels if the campaign goal is Awareness and the ad delivery optimization is Reach.

  • Promoted Page Override: Fluency automatically uses the main page associated with an account. Use this to promote other campaigns, ad sets, or ads that differ from the main page.

  • Special Ad Categories: Financial Products and Services (Credit), Employment, Housing (select all that apply). Edit also in campaign settings.

See general advanced settings for details on additional fields for Blueprint campaigns.
