Setting up platform integrations

Explore Fluency’s list of supported platform integrations.

Fluency connects with various advertising platforms to help you manage campaigns more easily. You can also create a wide range of ad types within our supported partners.

How to set up platform integrations

Note: The user completing the authentication must be an admin in the partner platform.

  1. Go to Settings & Tools (gear icon) in the left menu.

  2. Select Platform Integrations.

  3. Click an ad network partner and then Connect.

  4. A new tab will open—log in to the partner platform if prompted.

  5. Grant Fluency permission to manage your advertising.

  6. If more details are needed, you'll be redirected to a success page or to a custom setup page—input and confirm any additional required fields.

  7. Once done, close the new tab.

The platform or channel will now display Connected in Fluency, indicating a successful connection.

After authentication, you can connect your accounts to existing partners. Once connected, run a reverse sync to pull in existing campaigns and historical data.


Receiving alerts for disconnected accounts

You can designate emergency contacts to receive alerts if an account becomes disconnected. Contacts will be notified in the order that they are entered in Fluency.

  1. Go to Settings & Tools (gear icon) in the left menu.

  2. Select Platform Integrations.

  3. Click the pencil icon to add or edit contacts.

  4. Enter the Name, Phone and Email.

  5. Click Save Contacts.


Available integrations and customized settings

Google

  • Google Ads: Synchronize, manage, and create campaigns directly from Fluency.

    • Have Fluency Automatically Disable Google's Automated Assets (requires Ul authority)

    • Do not Generate Shorter YouTube Videos

    • Disallow Vertical YouTube Video Generation

    • Ensure optimized targeting is off whenever ad groups are updated

    • Ensure video enhancements are disabled when YouTube campaigns are created

    • Remove auto-generated blueprint creative index from YouTube creatives

  • Google Merchant Center: Utilize inventory feeds for Performance Max campaigns.

    • The default verification number for any newly created Google Merchant Center accounts.

    • Google Merchant Center Master Account ID

    • Custom Field Settings for Vehicle Feeds

    • Google Merchant Center Account Auto-Linking

  • Google My Business: Enable location extensions and local campaigns.

    • Google My Business Account Auto-Linking

  • Google Analytics: Link GA4 properties to Google Ads for comprehensive data analysis.

    • Google Analytics Account Auto-Linking

  • YouTube: Link YouTube channels for video advertising.

Meta (Facebook)

  • Facebook Ads: Synchronize and manage Facebook advertising campaigns, leveraging Fluency's tools for optimized performance.

    • For Meta Shared Audiences, this is the account that audiences are shared from.

    • Maximum number of Meta Page Posts to retain.

    • Number of days to retain Meta Page Posts

    • Enable new ODAX Goals for Facebook Blueprints

    • Disable automatically adding call extensions based on account's primary phone when none are present

    • Use Facebook Account Spend Limiter

    • Use Facebook Invoice Billing

    • Allow Meta AdSets to be uncapped when other AdSets for the same campaign do have caps/targets

    • Migrate to Ad Set Budgeting when Campaign Budget Minimums cannot be met

    • Meta catalog ads automatically hide or show labels

    • Meta Multi-Advertiser Ads

    • Add addresses to Meta radius targets

    • Migrate Dynamic to Standard Ad Groups on republish when necessary

    • Show Budget Weight Notification

Microsoft

  • Microsoft Ads: Integrate with Microsoft's advertising network to manage and create campaigns.

    • Microsoft Invoice Payment Method ID

    • Microsoft Max Conversions Value Equivalent Bid Strategy

    • Microsoft UTM Auto Tagging - Enable Automated Tracking at Microsoft

    • Use Microsoft Invoice Billing (Budget Orders)

    • Microsoft Feeds Targeted Campaigns Only

    • Allow Fluency the ability to fully manage and claim access to Microsoft Accounts. This is called an Account Link in Microsoft terms

    • Automatically Synchronize Tracking Parameters from Microsoft

Pinterest

  • Pinterest Ads: Connect and manage Pinterest campaigns, tapping into the platform's unique user base.

    • Pinterest Business Access ID, required for using Pinterest Accounts if eligible

  • Dropbox: Import data and creative assets for various campaigns.

  • OneDrive/SharePoint: Import data and creative assets for various campaigns.

  • Google Drive: Import data and creative assets for various campaigns.
