Link Basis to Fluency to launch and manage programmatic campaigns efficiently.

Updated this week

Programmatic Display campaigns in Fluency leverage Basis Technologies, an industry-leading DSP platform that enables seamless management and optimization of digital advertising. By linking Basis to Fluency, you can efficiently create and launch campaigns while benefiting from advanced audience targeting and analytics tools.

How to link Basis

  1. Log in to Fluency and go to the setup page.

  2. Select Link for the Basis integration.

  3. Log in to Basis, if prompted.

  4. Grant Fluency permission to manage your advertising, and accept the Basis terms and conditions.

  5. Complete the credit application, when prompted.

A note about the credit application process

As part of the credit application, you should apply for a line of credit on behalf of your business in the amount that covers what you anticipate spending on the platform. It’s recommended to request 3x the amount you anticipate spending monthly across all accounts. While this amount can be increased in the future, requesting more initially provides flexibility and helps ensure your campaigns won’t be interrupted if you come close to or exceed the limit.

Basis requires three references, and you’ll need to provide the email addresses for each. Fluency can be one of the references if desired.

Once you submit the credit application, you can start building a Blueprint. However, certain functionality will not be available until you receive an approval, including the ability to launch your Blueprint.

You'll receive a credit pre-approval email from Basis within 48-72 hours, notifying you if your credit application has been approved. Note that this is the minimum time frame; processing depends on how quickly your references and the bank complete their parts. Basis will send three automated reminders to references if responses are delayed. Once approved, this email is your green light to launch campaigns in Fluency.
