Customize and enhance your reports with Fluency's advanced reporting settings.

Upgrade your reporting capabilities with Fluency's advanced reporting settings. The image below illustrates the available advanced customizations for reports.

In advanced reporting settings, you can:

  • Customize the Sender Address or Reply To Address for emailed reports.

  • Modify the Subject heading.

  • Filter reports based on specific Account Labels to Include or Exclude.

  • Attach CSV Data to Email reports.

  • Share your report by selecting Share Report With Others. By default, only you have access to the reports you create in Fluency.


Customizing a report's advanced settings

  1. Click on Insights in the top menu.

  2. Select Report Designer from the dropdown.

  3. If creating a new report, click + Create A New Report. If you want to customize the settings for an existing report, select the name of the report in the report list.

  4. Open the Advanced section (be sure you've already selected a Format Type in the Get Started section).

  5. Select your Advanced preferences.

  6. For a new report, click Deliver Report. For an existing report, click Save or Deliver Report.

Not seeing the Advanced section in the report editor? Enable advanced reporting settings by selecting Advanced in the Display Mode, accessed through the person icon in the upper-right corner of Fluency.
