Customizing your Fluency experience

Set user preferences that impact only your Fluency login—not others in your organization.

Updated this week

You can customize your Fluency experience with actions specific to your user account, like hiding platform features you don't use, opting in or out of daily emails from Fluency, and more.

Accessing your preferences

  1. Go to User Preferences (person icon) in the left menu.

  2. Select a user preference from the menu to customize.

Customizing your preferences

1. MFA login

Enhance your account's security by setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA).

2. Visibility preferences

Customize your Fluency experience by hiding sections and features you don't use. That way, you can focus only on what's relevant to you.

3. Advanced view

Toggle on "Advanced View" to enable advanced settings in Fluency, including advanced reporting and "find and replace" tag functionality.

4. Performance bounds

Turn performance bounds on or off for your user. Note: To create specific performance bounds, go to Settings & Tools.

5. Allow emails from Fluency

Opt in to receive daily emails about new platform features, alerts on your accounts, optimization recommendations, and more.
