Your user forum is a valuable hub of Fluency-related information, aggregating help requests and insights from team members across various topics. Whether you're looking for answers or need troubleshooting tips, it's your go-to place for shared knowledge and solutions.
When you use the request help tool, your post will be created in the user forum.
How to search the user forum
Click the question mark icon in the top-right of your Fluency window to view a dropdown with help options.
Select User Forum from the dropdown.
Search existing posts:
In the left sidebar, enter a search keyword or phrase.
Select a feedback channel or use the default All Channels.
(Optional) Search for specific tags (e.g., Performance Max, Partner, Blueprint).
Click Search.
(Optional) Sort search results by clicking the Sort By dropdown (e.g., newest first, most replies first, etc.).
Interact with a post:
Review a post's type (or feedback channel) in the top-right of the post (e.g., Knowledge Share, Suggestion Box, or Troubleshooting).
Click a post for more details.
To engage with the post, click Reply.
If a response provides the right answer, you can click Accept This Reply as the Correct Answer to validate it. You may also upvote or downvote (post or responses) using the up and down arrows.
Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right of a post to open a dropdown with more options:
Copy a shareable link.
Request Fluency assistance (or, alternatively, remove an existing request).
Subscribe to the topic (i.e., get notifications about the user forum post). Note: Creating or responding to a topic automatically subscribes you to it.
Edit the post.
Delete the post.
Tip: For trending topics, click What are others talking about? in the left sidebar to view commonly searched phrases.
Creating a user forum post
In your user forum, click Create a New Post in the top-right.
Select a feedback channel:
Knowledge share: Ask a question or share your insights about using Fluency.
Suggestion box: Request new features or suggest improvements to Fluency.
Troubleshooting: Report a Fluency bug or issue.
Toggle on Require Fluency Assistance if you need help from a Fluency team member.
Input a Title and Message for your post.
Optionally, designate tags for your post.
Click Submit.
