The Fluency platform offers a range of tools called bulk actions, which allow you to make bulk changes across multiple accounts, campaigns, budgets, etc. in a single account.
Where to find bulk action tools
Go to Manage (globe icon) in the left menu.
Select Accounts.
(Optional) If you want to bulk-edit ad elements within a specific account, click on an account and then select the Budgets, Campaigns, Ad Groups, Keywords, or Ads tabs.
Check the boxes for one or more ad elements.
A blue menu bar that contains the available bulk actions will appear above the table in Manage after selecting a checkbox.
Note: Bulk action menus are available for accounts, budgets, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads. The available bulk actions depend on the specific feature you're using. For example, the bulk action menu in the image above is specifically for accounts.
Requirements for bulk actions to work
Bulk actions can only be applied to ad elements that contain at least one “entry” (i.e., ad element) at the next level in the hierarchy.
For example:
An account must have at least one campaign.
A campaign must have at least one ad group.
Without at least one entry at the next level, Fluency won’t allow bulk actions to be applied to that higher-level item.
