With Data Explorer, you can create custom notifications to fit your strategy. Here's how:

Creating custom notifications involves two main steps:
Create and save a data set.

Let's walk through the steps above using an example. In our example, we'll set up a custom notification for accounts that:
Have account budgets greater than $500
Show no conversions in the last 14 days
Follow along below:
Step #1: Creating and saving your data set
Go to Insights in the top menu and select Data Explorer.
Under Customize on the right, choose Performance Metrics as the Report Type (if not the default selection) and click Apply.
Click the Filter icon under Customize. Note: Filters are required to set up custom notifications.
Click + Create Filter Group and select Account.
In the Field dropdown, select Account Budget (Current) ($).
In the dropdown to the right, select Greater Than or Equal, and enter 500 as the Value.
Repeat Step 4 to add a second filter group: Performance metric, Conversions, Equals, 0
Click Apply.
Open the Date Selector and click + Add.
Enter 14 in the field Show the Last _ Days, and click Create Custom Range.
Click Apply.
Save your data set.
Step #2: Configuring and saving your notification
Click the bell icon beside the filter icon.
Toggle on Enable Notification.
Your Notification Title and Description should auto-fill if the data set is loaded.
Select or enter a Notification Category. You can choose from Fluency's default categories or name your own. Note: When the notification is triggered, it will appear under this category as a notification type in the Notifications tool. Setting specific categories will be helpful in organizing your notifications.
Set a Severity level.
(Optional) Select a Notification Link from the dropdown, which defines the āOpen in Manageā option for a specific notification.
Click Save.
Tip: If you get too many notifications, try adding more filters to narrow your data set.
Note: A bell icon will appear next to this saved data set.

Note: You can create a notification for Poor Performing Keywords by simply changing the performance metric filter group to Cost ($) -> Greater Than or Equal -> $800 AND Conversions -> Equals -> 0.

Dynamic text replacement options
You can use tags to dynamically change the details about a notification. For example, adding [Account]
in the Description field will show the account name for each notification. Click an option to copy the tag to paste it into the Description field. The list of options include the columns visible in your report.
For example: In the Description field, if you enter: The keyword "[Keyword]" has a cost ā¤ $800 and has [Conversions] conversions. Analyze keyword and possibly break out into its own campaign or increase bids/targets, the output will appear as below:
In Notifications, the tags will resolve and appear like this:
Advanced settings
When you toggle on Group by Account, the notifications associated with a specific account will become contained within one alert in a dropdown.
Group Title: Enter a name describing the issue with the notification. This will be the description of the task.
Order By: Specify the order in which notifications are shown based on the metric, either ascending or descending.
Limit: Add a number to limit how many notifications are shown.
