Language support for YouTube campaigns
You can now set languages for YouTube campaigns in Blueprints (Basic Settings > Supported Locales) and Manage (Campaign Settings > Languages).

YouTube campaign and ad group audience targeting
Device targets can now be configured for YouTube campaigns. Additionally, you can set Mobile App Category placements directly from Blueprints on campaigns and ad groups to exclude all mobile apps from a Display campaign.
Product filter exclusions for vehicle ads
Enter a “-” in front of a value in a vehicle ad in Blueprints to add an exclusion.
Bulk actions for locking/unlocking specific fields
You can now perform bulk actions to lock or unlock specific fields in Blueprints. This expanded capability lets you choose individual elements to lock or unlock, or select "All" to apply the action to all fields. The previous action, "Locking fields and disabling blueprint automation," has been replaced by this new functionality.
Partner preview URLs for Meta ads
Partner preview URLs for Meta ads are now available in Manage and Data Explorer. Ads published to Meta will display the Meta preview link under the Ad Preview in Manage and as a column in Data Explorer. Note: Ads may need to be published or pulling from the partner to populate the URLs. "Copy" copies the link, and "Link To" opens the link in Facebook. Access under Manage > Facebook Campaign > Ads.
"No Daily Pacing" replaces "None" as pacing strategy
The "None" pacing strategy has been renamed to "No Daily Pacing." No changes have been made to functionality—only the wording in Fluency has been updated for clarity. Fluency does not manage the budget or make daily adjustments throughout the month.
"Serving Status" badges and bulk read-only toggle for budgets
"Serving status" badges have been added to the Budget grid to easily identify read-only and active budgets. You can now also toggle Read-Only mode on or off in bulk from the budget table. Note: Changes to budgets can be saved in Fluency but won’t be pushed to the partner. Find this feature under Manage > Select an Account > Budgets tab.
Optimized targeting and audience expansion for YouTube ad groups
You can now enable optimized targeting and audience expansion when creating YouTube ad groups in Blueprints (Basic Settings) and in Manage (Misc. Settings).

Product set retargeting for Meta catalog ads
Meta Catalog Ad Sets in Blueprints can now use any product set for retargeting. Create custom combinations with specific rules to target different product sets, even beyond the one being advertised. Note: This feature may not display correctly in Ads Manager UI. Available in Blueprints under Facebook Blueprint > Campaign > Ad Group > Product Set.
Custom videos for YouTube ads
You can now use any video URL in Blueprints or Manage to upload videos directly to YouTube ads. Add custom titles and descriptions, or let the ad headline serve as the default title. Tags are also supported for better organization.
