Launching campaigns via a Blueprint

Stage, review, and launch accounts with ease.

Updated over a week ago

The Launch area of Fluency is where you'll see your campaigns come to life. In Launch, you can stage accounts, review campaigns, launch accounts on a Blueprint, and see the status of pending and completed launches.

Staging accounts for launch

  1. Go to Launch in the top menu.

  2. Within the Review & Launch tab, click + Add Account(s).

  3. Select the account you want to launch and choose the corresponding Blueprint. Note: You can also choose a Blueprint first by clicking Blueprint next to Add By. Choose Bulk Upload to stage many accounts at once.

  4. Add a monthly budget and configure any other relevant settings.

  5. Click the + button. Your account will appear under Pending.

  6. Repeat steps 3–5 to add more accounts.

  7. Click Stage and Review to queue your accounts for launch review.

  8. (Optional) You can also launch accounts by clicking the dropdown next to Stage and Review and selecting Launch Now.

Pre-launch checklist

Before launching, ensure the following:

  • The account is set to Fluency Managed and is not in Read Only mode.

  • All account information is entered correctly (e.g., Name, Address, State, etc.).

  • All API/data connections are properly configured (e.g., inventory).

  • Campaigns in the account are named differently than Blueprint campaigns. Fluency will take control of campaigns named the same.

  • Budget names in the account differ from Blueprint budgets.

Reviewing and launching accounts

  1. Click Review to see your campaigns, ad groups, creatives, targeting, and more.

  2. Resolve any errors or alerts impacting the Blueprint.

  3. Click the red Launch button at the top when everything looks accurate. Note: You can also click the green Launch button on the main page.

To launch multiple accounts at once, check the boxes next to the accounts you would like to launch on the main page. Click Launch Accounts in the bulk edit menu that appears.

Note: Launching automatically creates a new account within your customer portfolio if no account in Fluency is already linked to a partner account. The new account will automatically get linked to Fluency.
