Monitoring a launch's status

Monitor, troubleshoot, and get updates on ongoing and completed launches with Launch Status.

Updated over a week ago

The launch status tool in Fluency provides insights into ongoing and completed launches. Use it to troubleshoot errors, monitor simultaneous launches, and receive updates about launch completion.

How to check a launch's status

  1. Go to Launch in the top menu.

  2. Select the Launch Status tab.

  3. Search for an account or review the list of recent launches.

  4. Use the following toggles to filter the types of launches for review:

    • Show Completed: Displays all past completed launches.

    • Show Relaunches: Includes accounts that are being or have been republished.

    • Auto Sort: When enabled, sorts submitted and in-progress launches to the top. When disabled, the table is sorted by the most recent launch.

  5. Review the following fields for each account:

    • Launch Status ID: An internal ID used to identify each launch.

    • Account Plan Update Request ID: An internal ID for changes to each account plan.

    • Blueprint Name: The name of the Blueprint that the account is being launched or republished on.

    • Status: Real-time status of the launch (statuses explained below).

    • Date Requested: Timestamp of when the launch or republish was executed.

    • Requested By: The Fluency user who initiated the launch or republish.

    • Processing Started On: Timestamp when the launch or republish began processing.

    • Completed At: Timestamp when the launch or republish was successfully completed.

To view more details about a specific account, click on its row to access the Launch Breakdown. This opens on the right side of the page, where you can find timestamps and details for each step of the launch. Any errors or issues that occurred during the launch process can also be viewed there.
