Hotkeys are keyboard shortcuts that perform actions in software applications without the need to navigate through multiple menus. In Fluency, hotkeys can help you navigate through the platform more efficiently, saving time and streamlining your workflow. These shortcuts are especially beneficial for power users who handle multiple campaigns and need to switch between different sections frequently.

Using hotkeys to navigate to accounts

  1. Press Command + Shift + J.

  2. Enter a word or phrase in the search field.

  3. Select a search result to navigate to:

    • Campaigns List: If multiple accounts match the search phrase, you will get a list of accounts as search results. Select an account to navigate to its Campaigns table.

    • Manage, Data Explorer, Notifications, or Peer Insights: If an existing account is an exact match for your search phrase, then your search results will include areas of the platform relevant to that account.
