To use Google vehicle ads, location extensions, and local campaigns with Fluency, you need to connect an account in Fluency to a verified Google Business (formerly Google My Business) profile. Here are the benefits:
Automatic detection of Google Business changes. If you make changes to your profile, Fluency will auto-detect them each night.
Easy location extension creation. Connecting a profile will create a location extension in your Google Ads account for all campaigns.
Linking an account to Google Business
If you haven't already done so, create a Google Business profile for each location. Customer or account admins can create profiles on the Google Business Profile Manager website. Tip: To streamline management, consider creating a single Google Business Profile Manager to link and manage multiple Google Business profiles.
Grant Fluency access to Google Business account(s) by navigating to Platform Integrations to connect to the partner platform. Note: Make sure to sign in to Google as a user with admin access to the customer's Google Business accounts.
Link the GMB profile(s) to the appropriate Fluency account(s):
Option #1: Enable Google My Business Account Auto-Linking under Other Settings (runs hourly).
Option #2: Manually link the GMB profiles via the Google My Business Status column. Note: The business address configured in the GMB profile should match the Fluency account's business address.
