Muse AI is Fluency’s artificial intelligence toolset. It lives inside Fluency’s secure operating system with a closed-walled AI architecture and no data egress so your data stays private and your strategies stay protected. Muse acts as a digital workforce, helping you analyze, create, and take action faster using the data and workflows you already rely on.

Accessing Muse
To access Muse, select the sparkle icon in the left menu. This will open the Muse panel on the left side of the screen.
Tips for using Muse
Be clear and specific with your prompt. If applicable, include specific account names, metrics, date ranges, etc.
Structure complex questions. Break down big tasks and requests into steps.
Provide feedback on your Muse response by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icon.
Adjust AI choices. Try asking a different agent, or adjust the account(s), date range, or columns to generate a different response. After adjusting your AI choices, click Resubmit.

Muse for gathering data insights
Muse analyzes your performance data to empower faster, more informed decision-making. You can uncover account opportunities and anomalies, enabling prompt action to enhance your campaigns. It also provides trends, wins, and insights to help you proactively manage client relationships.

Muse knows how to use the Fluency platform. Enter the slash command /help and ask it how to perform tasks. Muse will pull relevant content from the Fluency Help Center to answer your question. Note: Help prompts don't use credits.

Muse automatically replies to your User Forum posts with suggested Help Center articles while you wait for a response from our team. These replies are collapsed by default, but you can easily expand them by clicking the Response from Muse AI dropdown.
Muse for content creation
Headlines and descriptions
Your clients may have specific needs that don't follow a pattern for what is in your Blueprint. Maybe you have writer's block and need help creating headline and description variations. Muse can help—here's how:
Go to Manage in the left menu.
Select Accounts.
Click an account, campaign, ad group, and creative.
Hover over an ad and select the wrench icon to open Ad Settings & Tools.
Select the sparkle icon next to Headlines or Descriptions to generate content suggestions.
Select the + icon to add a suggestion to your ad.
Note: If your headline or description has reached the maximum allowed, you will not be able to add a new suggestion until you delete at least one.
Keyword recommendations
It’s good practice to review your keywords on a regular basis. If you need help generating new keywords, Muse can help you do that:
Go to Manage in the left menu.
Select Accounts.
Click an account, campaign, and ad group.
Select the Keywords tab.
Click the + button on the right to create a new keyword.
Click Generate Keyword Recommendations to view Muse AI keywords.
Select the + button to add individual keywords or choose + Apply All Suggestions to add all AI generated keywords.
Click Save to apply your changes.
