Updated over a month ago

The Analyst Portfolio Health tool in Fluency offers comprehensive insights into the overall performance of each user's portfolio. Additionally, managers can set custom goals to gauge analyst performance using metrics tailored to their priorities.

Accessing the tool

  1. Go to Insights (bar icon) in the left menu.

  2. Select Analyst Portfolio Health.

How to use Analyst Portfolio Health

Define a date range

  1. In the top-right of the tool, select the date.

  2. Select Range or Single Mode. Range allows you to view metrics for multiple months or for a single month. Tip: For a more accurate view, assess using at least three months of data.

    • Single Mode: Select the month you want to assess.

    • Range Mode: Select a start and end month (e.g., June 2025 and March 2025).

Note: Health metrics differ from account metrics, as they are calculated once a day and represent metrics for enabled campaigns only.
