Ad schedules allow you to set specific times for displaying ads, such as certain days, business hours, or evenings. Showcase your ads and allocate your budget during the most relevant time frames for your target audience. You can configure ad schedules via a Blueprint or via a single account in Manage.
How to set up ad schedules in Manage
To set up ad schedules for individual advertising accounts and campaigns:
Go to Manage (globe icon) in the left menu.
Select Accounts.
Click on an account from the list and then a campaign.
Go to Targeting under Campaign Actions near the top.
Select Ad Scheduling.
Meta (Facebook) campaigns: Toggle on Allow Ad Scheduling and click Save.
Edit the percentages in the cells individually, or select a block of times and right-click to modify in bulk. Note: Bids are set to 100% by default. This applies no bid adjustment. Setting the adjustment to 0% for a specific time and day will turn off ads for that period. 125% will apply a bid modification of +25%, whereas 75% will apply a modification of -25%.
Note: Meta (Facebook) ad scheduling is set at the ad group level. Select Settings & Tools under Ad Group Actions, then click Ad Scheduling under Targeting in the left side menu.
Click Save.
Notes
You can use the settings replicator tool to copy your ad schedule settings across other campaigns in the same account.
Ad scheduling is based on the time zone of the account's address.
If your ad schedule is in a campaign attached to a Blueprint, make sure you click the lock icon in the upper right. This will shield your ad schedule from getting overwritten by what is in the Blueprint.
Meta (Facebook) ad schedules are available only for campaigns with flighted (lifetime) budgets, not monthly budgets.
