For help conveying an account's performance "story" to a client, use Message of the Day. This feature offers daily performance snapshots and valuable insights for each account, making it easier to initiate discussions with clients.
How Message of the Day is generated
The Fluency platform generates Message of the Day by analyzing metrics from the past seven days, comparing them to the corresponding period from the previous month, and then compiling key performance highlights that can be shared with clients. Additionally, Message of the Day offers timely reminders about upcoming holidays, giving clients a heads-up to plan for special holiday offers, if relevant.
Where to find Message of the Day
Go to Manage (globe icon) in the left menu.
Select Accounts.
Click on an account from the list.
Go to Settings & Tools under Account Actions near the top.
Select the speech bubble icon (located under the metrics row).
A pop-up will appear with talking points related to the account's performance. Note: You can access Message of the Day from anywhere in the settings drawer.
