Fluency generates the Message of the Day by analyzing metrics from the past seven days, comparing them to the corresponding period from the previous month, and then compiling key performance highlights that can be shared with clients. Additionally, Message of the Day offers timely reminders about upcoming holidays, giving clients a heads-up to plan for special offers.
Finding Message of the Day
Hover over Manage (globe icon) in the left menu and select Accounts.
Click on an account from the list.
Go to Account Settings near the top.
Click More Actions in the upper right and select Message of the Day. A pop-up will appear with talking points related to the account's performance.
