Analyst Portfolio Health: Insights into overall portfolio performance

Evaluate portfolio performance and set analyst goals.

Updated over 7 months ago

The Analyst Portfolio Health tool in Fluency offers comprehensive insights into the overall performance of each user's portfolio. This feature empowers managers (Fluency users with manager-level access) to easily evaluate analysts based on individual portfolio health. Additionally, managers can set custom goals to gauge analyst performance using metrics tailored to their priorities.

Accessing the tool

  1. Go to Insights in the top menu.

  2. Click on Analyst Portfolio Health from the dropdown.

How to use Analyst Portfolio Health

Define a date range

In the top right of the tool, select the calendar icon to set a date range. You can view metrics for a single month or a range of months. Tip: For a more accurate view, assess using at least three months of data.

Note: Health metrics differ from account metrics, as they are calculated once a day and represent metrics for enabled campaigns only.

Assess performance and set goals

Define goals for analysts based on your chosen metrics. Managers can then evaluate analyst performance against these goals. Here's how:

  1. In the Portfolio Health field, click the score (a percentage) for the desired user.

  2. Click Edit Goals and choose a metric (e.g., Pacing, Blueprint Usage).

  3. Enter a Metric Target and % of Weight for the current metric.

  4. Decide whether the goal applies to all analysts or just the specific analyst.

  5. Click Save Goal.

Once saved, you can track a user's progress compared to target metrics by revisiting the same editing window.
