Account notifications alert you to issues related to a specific account. This feature give you direct access to issues and provides the option to mute alerts. For a comprehensive view of notifications across all accounts, navigate to Notifications instead.
Viewing account notifications
Go to Manage in the top menu.
Click on an account in the list.
Click the bell icon at the top-right of the window (above the date range selector) to pull up the list of account notifications.
Within each notification, you can do the following actions:
Click Show on an alert to navigate to the error within Fluency.
Click Mute or Unmute on an alert to mute or unmute it.
Toggle on or off Show Muted at the bottom of the dropdown to reveal or hide muted notifications.
