Overview of account notifications

Monitor and manage account-specific issues with account notifications.

Account notifications alert you to issues related to a specific account. For a comprehensive view of notifications across all accounts, navigate to Notifications instead.


Viewing account notifications

  1. Hover over Manage (globe icon) in the left menu and select Accounts.

  2. Click on an account in the list.

  3. Click the bell icon near the top-right, next to the date range selector.

  4. For each notification, you can:

    • Click Show to address the error within Fluency.

    • Click Mute to mute it.

    • To restore muted alerts, toggle on Show Muted at the bottom and click Unmute.
