🛠️ Note about Help Center
We're refreshing our Help Center articles to align with this update. Some instructions may temporarily be outdated, but we're working to update everything as quickly as possible.
Why we made this change
We know that change can be disruptive, so our updates are always designed with you in mind. This new navigation is intended to:
Improve usability and speed: A cleaner, more organized layout makes it easier to find tools and navigate quickly.
Support future growth: The redesigned structure accommodates new features and integrations, such as targeting options for Basis and Trade Desk, ensuring scalability.
Enhance the user experience: Based on your feedback, the update refines Fluency’s usability, making it more intuitive and efficient for all users.
What has changed
1. New left navigation menu
The horizontal top menu has been replaced by a vertical left-side navigation menu. This change simplifies and organizes content into intuitive groups for easier access to essential tasks.
Before: The horizontal top menu could feel cluttered and confusing. Additional horizontal submenus often appeared beneath the global menu.
After: The new vertical left-side menu streamlines access to the platform with fewer, well-organized icons, eliminating unnecessary visual clutter.

2. Reorganized navigation groups
We’ve reorganized tools into clearer categories for improved accessibility in the left menu.
Before: The original global menu included items like Notifications, Dashboard, Launch, Manage, Blueprints, and Insights, which didn’t clearly align with key user actions
After: Tools are now grouped into three main sections at the top of the left menu. Click the arrows for more info.
Manage (globe icon) is now home to your accounts, bulk manage, and tools.

3. Settings drawer reorganization
We’ve reorganized the settings drawers into a more user-friendly, vertical layout.
Before: The horizontal layout took up too much screen space and had multiple submenus, making navigation difficult.
After: The new vertical design reduces submenu nesting and organizes settings into clear, accessible categories.
Settings drawer search bar
There's now a search bar in the top-left of your settings navigation. Type in the name of a tool, and Fluency will take you directly to those settings.
General settings changes
We’ve consolidated the tools within menus, their submenus, and Tools and organized them in a new left panel so all necessary tools are more easily accessible. Click the arrows for more info.

4. Updated theming and colors
The updated navigation features a refreshed color scheme that is more visually cohesive and accessible.
Before: The original design had a mix of reds, greens, and other colors, which created a less cohesive visual experience.
After: A new indigo-focused theme provides a more unified and engaging look.
