The Change History button in Manage provides a comprehensive view of the history and actions taken within budgets, campaigns, ad groups, and ads.
Viewing your account activity via change history
Follow along with the video or use the instructions below.
Go to Manage in the top menu.
Click on an account.
Optional: Navigate to deeper levels of the account, such as a budget, campaign, ad group, or ad.
Note: The items you see will be specific to the table you are looking at. For example, when looking at the ad group table, only information relevant to that ad group is shown.
Click Change History in the top-right.
Note: Fluency previously offered different types of information in separate logs. Click Legacy Logs to access these options.
Change history explained
Changed Item
The Changed Item column shows the item's name, time, and channel. Select Time Machine View to see the item's change history.
Date/Change
Under the Date/Change column, the yellow bar shows the original configuration while the green bar shows the changes applied in Fluency.
Search bar
In the search bar, type a keyword or use the advanced search methods below to find specific changes:

Filter icon
Use the filter icon to find specific types of changes:
Changed Item: Changes made on specific ad groups, bidding strategies, campaigns, creatives, geo targets, etc.
Channel: Changes made on specific channels, such as Facebook, Search, etc.
Campaign: Changes made on specific campaign(s) in the account
Ad Group: Changes made on specific ad group(s)
Changed By: Changes made by a specific user, Blueprint, or partner.
Change: Types of changes made in the account, such as headlines, bid settings, call to action, etc.
Note: Filters are available for each column in the change history. Click the filter icon next to the column title to view your options.
Timeline
Click Timeline to search for changes made in a specific timeframe.
Legacy logs
QA
The QA section displays errors for the account you're viewing. The information is segmented by the Blueprint it's linked to. If it is not linked to a blueprint, it will appear under the Not Blueprint Managed list.
If there is an error, click View More Info to see the details around the error message.
Inactive components are hidden by default. Toggle off Show Details for Inactive to see them.
User activity
User activity displays a log of actions taken by users. Each log entry specifies:
Components of the account that have been changed
Date and timestamp
User that executed the change
History
History shows a record of changes for the account. Full account history is available at the account level, while budget history shows when a specific budget has been selected, etc. Components that have been changed are highlighted yellow. You can reverse changes by clicking the counter-clockwise arrow. Note: This will not reverse all changes back to that point in time, just the specific elements you selected.
Report history
Report history shows a list of the reports previously generated for the account. Each log entry includes the following information:
Report Name: Name of the report created from Report Designer
Recipients: User(s) who received the report
Last Date Sent: Timestamp of the last time the report was sent
Format: PPTX, CSV, or PDF
To download a copy of the report:
Select the checkbox of the report you'd like to download.
Click Download from the blue bar.
Activity
Account Budget Manager Activity: Shows a graph of the month's daily spend. Click Previous Month or Next Month to change the date view.
Reverse Sync: Details of the most recent Reverse Sync activity.
Reverse sync logs
Reverse sync logs display a list of recent reverse sync changes, whether initiated manually or as part of a scheduled sync.
Access Reverse Sync Logs by going to Change History > Legacy Logs > Reverse Sync Logs or Insights > Reverse Sync Logs. From there you can do the following:
Hide Empty Syncs: Hide syncs that did not make any changes.
Select any row in the table to see additional details on what changes were brought in for each Reverse Sync.
