Monitoring a Blueprint’s launch status

Monitor, troubleshoot, and get updates on ongoing and completed Blueprint launches with Launch Status.

Launch Status provides insights into ongoing and completed launches. Use it to troubleshoot errors, monitor simultaneous launches, and receive updates about launch completion.


Checking a launch status

  1. Hover over Automate (rocket icon) in the left menu, and select Launch Status.

  2. Search for an account or review the list of recent launches.

  3. Click the filter icons next to the column headers to narrow down your results. Review the following fields for each account:

    • Launch ID: An internal ID used to identify each launch.

    • Account Update Request ID: An internal ID for changes to each account plan.

    • Account: The name of the account for the Blueprint launch.

    • Blueprint Name: The name of the Blueprint that the account is being launched or republished on.

    • Status: Real-time status of the launch (statuses explained below).

    • Date Requested: Timestamp of when the launch or republish was executed.

    • Requested By: The Fluency user who initiated the launch or republish.

    • Started: Timestamp when the launch or republish began.

    • Completed: Timestamp when the launch or republish was successfully completed.

To view more details about a specific account, click on its row to access the Launch Breakdown. You can review timestamps for each step of the launch and any errors or issues that occurred during the launch process.


Status definitions explained

The Status field may display the following:

  • Submitted: The launch process has been submitted from Fluency to the partners.

  • Launching: Fluency is gathering data and processing the Blueprint.

  • Republishing: Data is being collected for the re-launch of the Blueprint.

  • Failed: The launch did not complete successfully. Check the Launch Breakdown for errors.

  • Completed: The launch has been successfully executed.
