Realigning partner and Fluency data with Partner Check

Use Partner Check to sync partner data and make necessary changes.

The Partner Check tool in Fluency allows you to see if anything is out of sync with specific attributes at the partner level and make changes if necessary.


How to use Partner Check

  1. Go to Manage (globe icon) in the left menu.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Click on an account in the list.

  4. Access Partner Check by:

    • Choosing to Campaigns tab, clicking on a campaign and clicking Settings & Tools on the top-right.

    • Going to the Ad Groups tab, clicking on an ad group, and clicking Settings & Tools on the top right.

  5. Click Partner Check, located beneath the metrics row.

  6. In the Partner Check view, you'll find the following fields:

    • Property Name: Displays the attribute in Fluency that may be out of sync with the attribute at the partner level.

    • What We Have: Shows the current value stored in Fluency.

    • What's at [Partner]: Displays the current value stored at the partner level (e.g., Google, Meta, Bing).

  7. To synchronize values, toggle the switch in the What's at [Partner] column. This will set the Fluency value to match the partner level and push it to other partners.

  8. Make any necessary adjustments and click Save & Synchronize Data.
