Google audience targeting
Life events and detailed demographics are now available for Google audience targeting.
Life events are not available for Search but are available for Display ad groups.
Detailed demographics are available for Search at the campaign and ad group levels and for Display at the ad group level.
YouTube video views and efficient reach
Google now requires multi-format for video campaigns. We've updated Fluency to reflect this change by removing the multi-format toggle. Now when you select your Awareness and Consideration goal and the sub-type (Video Views or Efficient Reach), the multi-format ad types will appear.
Google also requires a long headline and description with a maximum of 90 characters each.
Opt out of Demand Gen asset optimization
Google recently released an asset optimization to Demand Gen campaigns. You can opt out in platform integrations. Note: These settings apply to both Demand Gen and Performance Max campaigns.
