Release notes for April 2025

Updated over 3 weeks ago

We publish a new edition of release notes monthly to introduce platform features, bug fixes, etc.

Creating multiple dashboards

You can now create multiple custom dashboards.

  1. In the top-right of your dashboard, select the Default dropdown.

  2. Click Create New Dashboard.

  3. Give your new dashboard a name and click OK.

  4. Click Add a Widget to Your Dashboard to choose widgets—drag and drop to rearrange them.

  5. (Optional) Toggle on Share Dashboard to allow other users to view it.

  6. To delete a dashboard, click Delete This Dashboard.

Manage and disconnect CIDs

Fluency allows you to disconnect customer IDs (CIDs) directly within the platform. If a CID is incorrect, you can disconnect it or migrate to a new account using the step-by-step tool. It also provides a preview before applying any changes.

Receiving alerts for disconnected accounts

You can now designate emergency contacts to receive alerts if an account becomes disconnected. Contacts will be notified in the order that they are entered in Fluency. On the setup page, click Edit Contacts, enter their info, and click Save Contacts.

Tag support for Google audience targeting

You can now use tags to target income range. To do so, first create the tag [Income Range]. Then, add each range on a separate line in your Blueprint, such as INCOME_RANGE_0_50 and INCOME_RANGE_UNDETERMINED. After clicking + Add Target, enter the tag name in the field instead of selecting an income range from the dropdown.
