When a user is locked out, a manager-level user can initiate a password reset.
How to reset a user's password
Go to the Settings & Tools (gear icon) in the top menu.
Choose Users from the dropdown.
Select a user from the list.
Click the Initiate Password Reset button toward the bottom right of the "Edit User" screen.
Click Yes, I'm Sure.
A confirmation message—"Password Reset Email Sent"—will appear at the bottom of the screen. Note: The account reset is valid for four hours. Ensure the user's availability for logging in during that time.
