When you need support, you can request help from directly within the platform. Once the request has been submitted, the Fluency Team will engage with you via the user forum.
Submitting a support request
Hover over Fluency Help (question mark icon) in the bottom-left, and select Submit a Support Request.
From the dropdown menu, select the category that best matches your issue.
(Required) Fill out the Subject and Description fields.
Drag and drop any relevant images directly into the Description box.
Complete the fields that appear based on your category selection. Examples:
Blueprint Launches:
Blueprint Name
Target Launch Date
Log In or Account Access:
Affected Username
Affected User Email
Technical Issue or Error:
Channels (e.g., Search, Display, Google Shopping)
Product Area (e.g., Data Sources and Templates)
The URL link field automatically populates based on your current page location.
Select a Severity Level (Low, Medium, High, Critical).
Add Tags if applicable.
Click Submit.
Engaging with the user forum
Hover over Fluency Help (question icon) in the left menu, and select User Forum.
Interact with a post:
Find the post and click the caret for more details.
To respond to the post, click Reply.
If a response provides the right answer, click Mark as Correct.
You may also upvote or downvote using the up and down arrows.
Click More Actions in the top-right to open a dropdown with more options:
Copy shareable link.
Request Fluency assistance (or, alternatively, remove an existing request).
Subscribe to this topic (i.e., get notifications about the user forum post). Note: Creating or responding to a topic automatically subscribes you to it.
Edit this topic.
Delete this topic.
Search existing posts:
In the left sidebar, enter a search keyword or phrase.
Select a feedback channel or use the default All Channels.
(Optional) Search for specific tags (e.g., Performance Max, Partner, Blueprint).
Click Search.
(Optional) Sort search results by clicking the Sort By dropdown in the top-right (e.g., newest first, most replies first, etc.).
Tip: For trending topics, click What Are Others Talking About? in the left sidebar to view commonly searched phrases.
